HIP - Hospitality Internship Program

Paid, customised internships in three Hospitality fields: Food & Beverage,  Front Office or Food Production, with renowned hotels and resorts,Australia wide

DURATION: 6, 9 or 12 months
WORKING HOURS:  30 to 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Australia wide (flexbility required)
LEAD TIME: 6 to 8 months
TRAINING WAGE: minimum A$18.93 per hour
VALUE: from USD $2,966

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Food & Beverage and Front Office
AGE: between 18 and 30
EDUCATION: Completed a full time Hospitality management tertiary course (minimum Diploma level)
ENGLISH: upper intermediate to advanced
EXPERIENCE: at least 6 months of full time work experience in the selected internship department
STUDIES AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 months full time study related to Hospitality obtained in the last 24 months at the time of visa lodgement.

Food Production / Culinary
AGE: between 18 and 30
EDUCATION: Completed a full time Hospitality management/ Culinary Arts tertiary course (minimum Diploma level)
ENGLISH: upper intermediate to advanced
EXPERIENCE: at least 6 months of full time work experience in the selected internship department
STUDIES AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 months full time work and/or study related to the nominated internship department obtained in the past 24 months at the time of visa lodgement.
